We have two shipping policies , One is for our Furniture, Home Decor and Lighting and one for our selection of Trendy High Quality Boutique Style Apparel, Jewelry and Activewear.They are as follows:
Furniture, Home Décor & Lighting
Damages/Defectives: Any report of Damages or Defectives needs to be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any reports made after this time frame are subject to non-action on our part. Detailed photos of said damage must be provided, including photos of the box and the packaging as it was received.
Returns: A request for Returns Buyer's Remorse or otherwise, needs to be sent via email to returns@bubblegumhoneybox.com.
All requests will be reviewed in a timely manner and we will advise the warehouse address to return to if a return is agreed upon. Unauthorized returns will not be given credit. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be given credit. Returns for Buyer's Remorse or otherwise will not be credited for products requested/shipped after 30 days from delivery. Credit for Returns will be given once freight is confirmed received back at warehouse, received in original packaging and in good saleable condition. If approved, merchandise credit will be less freight costs unless BGHB is determined to be at fault. Please note that beginning 10/1/2021 all returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
From the moment your order has been SHIPPED it can take 2-7 business days for Parcel orders to arrive to you within the United States and Canada, and can take up to approximately 21 days for LTL orders to be delivered. Many of our items ship same day or next day. Most products ship out free of charge however some LTL rates are subject to change depending on the carriers and where the item is going ,We will reach out to you for approval on the new shipping rate if applicable and will not process any order without your consent on the new rate. Once you place the item in your cart you will be able to see all applicable shipping charges if any. We as well as our suppliers strive to provide the lowest possible prices along with worry free shipping for our customers . The customer will be sent a tracking link via the email provided at time of purchase when the order has shipped. The tracking link makes it possible to know where your package is until it reaches the given destination. We can not guarantee any cancellation if the order has already been shipped.

We currently ships to all U.S. territories and the shipping takes 2 - 10 business days.
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
